If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the code. Work through these in order.

Extra characters

Copying YOHAIG from a webpage often brings a trailing space with it. The field can reject the entry without telling you why. Type the six characters manually instead of pasting.

Too late to apply

Once the account is created, the field is gone. Customer service cannot apply a code retroactively. This is a hard rule, not a discretionary one. Nothing recovers it on an existing account.

Under ₦100

The code applies at registration but the bonus triggers on deposit. A deposit below ₦100 does not activate the offer. Check that the deposit cleared rather than sitting pending.

1. Account verification is incomplete

An unverified account will not receive bonus funds. Check that you clicked the verification link and filled in the remaining profile fields.

Already claimed

bet9ja promotion code 2026 restricts the bonus to a single claim across each of those. Sharing a router or a bank card with a previous claimant produces a rejection. This is not something support will override.

1. The bonus is there but not withdrawable

A credited bonus is not the same as withdrawable money. You must turn the bonus over ten times on bets at odds of 3.00 or above before it converts. Bets below 3.00 do not count and will draw from cash instead. Progress is visible under My Account.

Next step

Contact bet9ja promo code support directly with your account reference and the time of registration. Support can tell you whether a code was captured at sign-up, which settles most disputes immediately.

The simplest fix is prevention: enter YOHAIG during registration, verify the account, then deposit ₦100 or more.
